If you instruct us, the following information will be collected:

- Telephone number (landline and/or mobile)
- if applicable, fax number (if available and desired)
- if applicable, bank details
- if applicable, date of birth
In addition, all information necessary for the fulfillment of the contract with you will be collected.
The collection of personal data is carried out
- in order to identify you as a customer;
- to be able to advise you appropriately;
- to fulfill our contractual obligations towards you;
- to comply with our legal obligations;
- for correspondence with you;
- for invoicing or, if necessary, within the scope of dunning procedures;

The processing of personal data is carried out on the occasion of your inquiry to us and is necessary for the processing of your order and for the fulfillment of obligations arising from the underlying contract.
The collected personal data will be stored until the expiration of the statutory retention obligation for merchants (6, 8 or 10 years after the end of the calendar year in which the contractual relationship was terminated,) and then deleted. This does not apply in exceptional cases if we are obliged to store data for a longer period due to tax or commercial storage obligations (in accordance with the German Commercial Code, Penal Code or Tax Code) or if you have consented to further storage.
3. Disclosure of personal data to third parties
Basically, your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties. Exceptions to this apply only insofar as this is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you. This includes in particular the transfer to service providers commissioned by us (so-called order processors) or other third parties whose activities are necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g. shipping companies or banks). The data passed on may only be used by the third parties for the aforementioned purposes. Your personal data will only be disclosed to third parties by us if there is a legal obligation or if you have given us your consent for this purpose.
In addition to the above paragraph "Transfer of data to third parties," the following shall apply:
The recipients of personal data may be located outside the European Economic Area. When personal data is transferred to locations outside the European Economic Area, we will ensure, as legally required, that your data protection rights are adequately protected, either because the European Commission has decided that the country to which personal data is transferred ensures an adequate level of protection (Art. 45 GDPR) or the transfer is subject to adequate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) of the European Union agreed with the recipient (Art. 46 GDPR), unless the GDPR provides for an exception (Art. 49 GDPR).
4. Your rights as a data subject
You as the data subject have various rights relating to data processing:
- Right of withdrawal: You can revoke any consents given by you at any time. The data processing based on the revoked consent may not then be continued in the future.
- Right to information: You can request information about your processed personal data from us. This applies in particular to the purposes of data processing, categories of personal data processed, if applicable, categories of recipients, storage duration, if applicable, the origin of your data and, if applicable, the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details.
- Right to rectification: You can request the correction of incorrect or the completion of your stored personal data.
- Right to erasure: You can request the deletion of your stored personal data from us, provided that the processing is not necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims.
- Right to restriction of processing: You can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful but you oppose its deletion. You also have this right if we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. In addition, you have this right if you have objected to the processing of your personal data;
- Right to data portability: You can request that we transmit to you the personal data provided to us by you in a structured, common and machine-readable format. Alternatively, you can request the direct transmission of the personal data provided by you to another controller, if technically feasible.
- Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to complain to the supervisory authority responsible for us, e.g. if you believe that we are processing your personal data unlawfully. The authority responsible for us is: State Capital Wiesbaden, Alcide-de-Gasperi-Straße 2, 65197 Wiesbaden
5. Your right to object
If we process your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, you have the right to object to this processing. If you wish to exercise your right to object, simply provide a written notification. You are welcome to write to us or contact us by email. You can find our contact details in section 1 of this privacy policy.
6. Data processing via our website
We generally only process personal data if you submit it to us via the contact forms on our website. The processing of personal data only takes place if you have given us your consent for this purpose or if the processing is permitted by legal regulations.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 I sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, if the processing is based on consent, Art. 6 I sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, if the basis for processing is a (possibly pre-contractual) contractual relationship, and Art. 6 I sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, if the basis is our legitimate interest. If the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which we are subject, Art. 6 I sentence 1 lit. c GDPR serves as the legal basis.
If the legal basis is your consent, you are entitled to revoke your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent given until the revocation. If the legal basis is our legitimate interest, you are also generally entitled to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons arising from your particular situation at any time. In this regard, Art. 21 GDPR shall apply.
All personal data collected by us is stored on the servers of our providers in compliance with the GDPR.
